NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the above company, held at Wellington on the 12th January, 1931, the following resolution was passed, and duly confirmed at a meeting of shareholders called for that purpose, and held at Auckland on Friday, the 30th January, 1931 :—

“That the company go into voluntary liquidation, and that Mr. A. L. PIKE, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be appointed Liquidator.”
