LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of Crown lease, Vol. 315, folio 124 (Auckland Registry), of Section 28, Block VIII, Hukerenui Survey District, whereof EDWARD DONNELLY, of Whakapara, Farm Assistant, is the registered lessee, having been lodged with me, together with an application for the issue of a provisional Crown lease, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional Crown lease accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from 12th day of February, 1931.
