Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in North Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of February, 1930.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for plantation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 24·3 perches, more or less, being a plantation reserve, shown in plan 18340, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the southernmost corner of Lot 17, as shown in the aforesaid plan: Bounded towards the north-west, 993·48 links; thence towards the north-east generally by a recreation reserve to the north-western boundary of a part of Allotment 28 of Section 10, Small Lots near Howick, as shown in plan 17606, deposited as aforesaid; thence towards the south-east by the said part of the aforesaid Allotment 28, 1018·7 links; thence towards the south-west by a public road, 15·15 links, to the point of commencement: Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/1/450A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a rubbish reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT. SECTION 26, Block IV, Mangahao Survey District: Area, 7 acres l rood 34 perches.

Cancelling a Condition as to setting-back the Building-line of Portion of Hawker Street, in the City of Wellington, imposed by Order in Council under Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the Order in Council dated the twenty-ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 53, of the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, exempting the north-western side of portion of Hawker Street, in the City of Wellington, from the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a condition as to the building-line, by cancelling the condition as to the building-line imposed by the said Order in Council in so far as it affects Lot 5, D.P. 9524; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77403, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Borough of Napier, Hawke's Bay Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of February, 1930.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for public utility:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for recreation purposes:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for public utility to a reserve for recreation purposes.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 32·1 perches, more or less, being Lot No. 1, D.P. 4488, part Te Whare-o-Maraenui Block, Borough of Napier: Bounded towards the north-west by portion of a public road known as Chambers Street for a distance of 37·03 links; towards the north-east by portion of a public street known as George's Drive for a distance of 247·0 links; towards the south-east by Lot No. 2, D.P. 4488, being part Te Whare-o-Maraenui Block for a distance of 147·27 links; and towards the south-west by a public street known as Chambers Street for a distance of 212·04 links: Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 25/565A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for recreation purposes:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for ship-building purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes.
