CASHMERE HILLS DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 183 acres 3 roods 9 perches, more or less, and being part Reserve No. 161, situated in Block III, Halswell Survey District, and bounded northward by Rural Sections Nos. 2147 and 36834, 4491·7 links; eastward by Rural Section No. 20922, 5263·3 links: southward by Rural Sections Nos. 11227 and 11170, 4049·6 links; and westward by Dyers Pass Road, 7667 links: be all the aforesaid linkages a little more or less. Save and excepting thereout two road-lines one chain wide which are included within the above-described boundaries. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/310A, deposited in Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
THIRD SCHEDULE.
RICHMOND DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres, more or less, being part of Rural Section 182, situated in the City of Christchurch, and bounded as follows: Towards the east generally by Lots 8 and 9 of deposit plan 3152 and Lot 1 of deposit plan 4877, a total distance of 852·5 links; towards the south by parts of Lots 2 and 7 of deposit plan 4241, Woodchester Avenue, Lot 14 of deposit plan 8190, and Lot 8 of deposit plan 2782, 871·1 links; towards the west generally by Freeman Street, Lots 1 and 2 of deposit plan 4324, and Lot 34 of deposit plan 2782 above mentioned, a total distance of 845 links; and towards the north by Lot 33 of deposit plan 2782 and Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of deposit plan 3152 above mentioned, 681·2 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/310, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
FOURTH SCHEDULE.
SPREYDON DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 17 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Reserve 3824, situated in the City of Christchurch, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east by Domain Terrace, a total distance of 2097·85 links; towards the south-east by Lot 6 of deposit plan 3270, 607 links; towards the south-west by the Heathcote River; and towards the north-west by part of Rural Section 76, 845·16 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/310, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Varying the Close Season for Oysters in the South and Stewart Islands and Islands adjacent thereto.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of December, 1930.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the tenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and published in the Gazette of the twentieth day of the same month, at page 2241, a regulation was made, inter alia, prescribing a close season for oysters in the South Island and Stewart Island, and the islands adjacent thereto; and declaring it unlawful to take oysters during such close season:
And whereas it is desirable to vary such close season:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the fifth section of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited regulation, and doth hereby make the following regulations in lieu thereof, and doth hereby declare that these regulations shall have force and effect from and after the date of the publication of this Order in Council in the Gazette.
REGULATIONS.

THE months of October, November, December, and January, in each year are hereby prescribed a close season for oysters in the South and Stewart Islands, and islands adjacent thereto. During such close season it shall be unlawful for any person to take oysters.

During the period from the first to the fifteenth day of October in each year it shall be lawful for any person to be in possession of any such oysters lawfully taken during the open season in that year.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Primary and Secondary Education Endowment Reserve in the North Auckland Land District, and reserving Crown Land in lieu thereof.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and sixty-three of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, by Warrant under his hand, whenever he deems it expedient in the public interest so to do, cancel the reservation over any education reserve or endowment vested in the Crown pursuant to the Education Reserves Amendment Act, 1910, or over any part thereof, and to reserve in lieu thereof either an area of equal value of national-endowment land over which the reservation has likewise been cancelled pursuant to that section or an area of equal value of ordinary Crown land:
And whereas the Governor-General deems it expedient in the public interest to cancel the reservation over the primary and secondary education reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, and to reserve in lieu thereof the area of Crown land of equal value described in the Second Schedule hereto:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section one hundred and sixty-three of the Land Act, 1924, do hereby cancel the reservation over the primary and secondary education reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, and do hereby reserve in lieu thereof the Crown land of equal value described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION RESERVE OVER WHICH RESERVATION CANCELLED.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Mangonui County, originally gazetted as containing 89 acres, but by more recent survey shown to contain 87 acres 0 roods 33 perches, more or less, being Allotment 4 of Awanui Parish, as shown on a plan deposited at the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland and numbered 21370; an undefined western portion containing 39 acres being permanently set aside for educational purposes and apportioned for Primary Education by notice published in New Zealand Gazette, 1878, No. 126, page 1773, and the undefined eastern portion, containing 50 acres, being permanently set aside for educational purposes and apportioned for Secondary Education by notice published in New Zealand Gazette, 1878, No. 126, page 1779. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 20/511, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
