Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the second day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the Gazette of the seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 1, Block X, Whirinaki Survey District : Area, 425 acres 2 roods 30 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of December, 1930.

Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block VIII, Whaingaroa Survey District, Raglan County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Whaingaroa Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 3 acres 1 rood 6·6 perches. Being portion of Allotment 188 ; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed :-

3 0 32·9 Allotments 188 and 200 ; coloured green.
0 0 0·07 Allotment 188 ; coloured green.
All situated in Block VIII, Whaingaroa Survey District (Auckland R.D.), (Parish of Pepepe). (S.O. 25702.)
All in the Auckland Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 80542, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : I rood 21 perches. Being portion of Te Toke Block.
Situated in Block VIII, Mangamuka Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24639.) In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 80596, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of December, 1930.

Amending Regulations for Trout, Perch, and Tench Fishing in the Waitaki Acclimatization District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of December, 1930.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS, by Order in Council dated the sixteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 63, of the nineteenth day of the same month, regulations were made for trout, perch, and tench fishing in the Waitaki Acclimatization District :
And whereas by Order in Council dated the fourteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 69, of the seventeenth day of the same month the said regulations were amended :
And whereas it is desirable to further amend the said regulations in the manner hereinafter described :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby further amend the said regulations of the sixteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, by adding the following proviso to regulation four thereof:- Provided further that no person shall troll for fish from any motor or other mechanically propelled launch or boat in any part of Lake Ohau.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-second day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in the Gazette of the thirty-first day of the same month, at page 743, provision was made that one member of the Auckland Harbour Board shall be elected by the electors of the Combined District of the Boroughs of Newmarket and Onehunga, the Ellerslie Town District, and the Mount Wellington, One Tree Hill, Panmure, and Tamaki Road Districts, and the Onehunga Borough Council was selected and appointed to be the principal authority for the purpose of such elections by the electors of the said combined district:
