BLACKMAN’S WATER-SUPPLY.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the Vincent County Council held at Clyde on Monday, the 29th day of September, 1930, pursuant to the provisions of section 129 of the Mining Act, 1926, the following were appointed a committee to manage and control the water-race held under License Number 848, 9/2/1912, and all other mining privileges in the Blackman’s Water-supply District :—

Robert Samuel Kinnaird,
John Hawley,
Edward John Iversen,
Cecil McIntosh,
Arthur Westhead, and
John Craig.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between ARTHUR JAMES RACHINGER, of Wairoa, in the District of Hawke’s Bay, in New Zealand, and RICHARD JOHN RUSSELL, of Gisborne, in New Zealand, Master Butchers, trading in Wairoa aforesaid under the style or firm-name of “The Cash and Carry Butchery,” has been dissolved as from the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, by mutual consent. The said Arthur James Rachinger will continue the business under the old firm-name.

WAINONO DRAINAGE BOARD.
I HEREBY give public notice that the following candidates have been duly nominated for the office of members of the Board of Trustees of the Wainono Drainage District, viz :—

Peter Hunter,
William T. Rogers, and
Harry Bell S. Johnstone.
And as the number of candidates do not exceed the number of vacancies to be filled, I hereby declare the above-named five gentlemen to be duly elected as members of the Board of Trustees of the Wainono Drainage District for the ensuing term.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of FINE FEATHERS, LIMITED.
AT a meeting of shareholders held on the 30th day of October, 1930, the following resolution was passed :—
“It is hereby resolved as a special resolution that the company be would up voluntarily, and the Mr. JOHN LAURENCE ARCUS, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator at a remuneration to be fixed by the New Zealand Society of Accountants.”

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, section 177, subsection (e), and in the matter of BATTERY SUPPLIES, LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court, on the ground that it is just and equitable to do so, was, on the 14th day of October, 1930, presented to the Honourable Sir Alexander Lawrence Herdman, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by Ernest James Schofield and Athol Umfrey Wells, and the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court on the 28th day of November, 1930 ; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose ; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

THE MUSIC-TEACHERS’ REGISTRATION ACT, 1928.
ELECTION OF MEMBERS OF THE REGISTRATION BOARD.
REGULATIONS published in Gazette, No. 27, of 10th April, 1930, provide for the election in 1930 of two registered teachers for each of the four districts, to hold office from 9th April, 1931, to 8th April, 1933. The following have been nominated :—
Auckland District—
H. Barry Coney and S. Kenneth Phillips.
Otago District—
V. E. Galway and Charles Gray.
It is hereby declared that these registered teachers are duly elected for their respective districts.
Wellington District—
Robert Parker, L. F. Watkins, and J. Holmes Runnicles.
Canterbury District—
A. J. Merton, Sidney Williamson, and Alfred W. V. Vine.
An election was held on 6th November, 1930, in each of these two districts, and the results are as follows :—
