Notifying Lands in Wellington Land District for Sale by Public Auction.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section one hundred and thirty-two of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Monday, the fifteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, as the time at which the lands described in the First Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction for cash only, and the lands in the Second Schedule for cash or on deferred payments; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedules hereto.

SECTION 34, Block VI: Area, 2 acres. Upset price, £20. Weighted with the sum of £9 for improvements. This sum is payable in cash.
