Appointing additional Members to Pelorus Bridge Scenic Board.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by a Warrant dated the twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and published in the Gazette of the second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, the control of certain lands in the Marlborough Land District, known as the Pelorus Bridge Scenic Reserve, was vested in certain persons therein named, who were by the said Warrant constituted a Special Board by the name of the Pelorus Bridge Scenic Board, in pursuance of section thirteen of the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908:
And whereas it is considered desirable that the membership of the said Board should be increased, and that the number of members to form a quorum at the meetings of the said Board should be altered from three to five members:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section thirteen of the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby appoint
The President, Nelson Automobile Association, ex officio,
and
Alfred de Tracey Gould
to be additional members of the Pelorus Bridge Scenic Board constituted by the Warrant dated the twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, herein-before referred to; and doth hereby also amend clause four of the conditions contained in the said Warrant by substituting the words “five members” for the words “three members.”

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section one hundred and sixty-one of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto for disposal under the section of the Act mentioned.

SECTION 25, Block I, Rangaunu Survey District: Area, 9 acres 3 roods 7 perches.

Vesting the Control of Scenic Reserves in the Pelorus Bridge Scenic Board.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section thirteen of the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand doth hereby vest the control of the reserves described in the Schedule hereto (being lands reserved under the said Act), in trust, for the purposes of scenery preservation, as from the date of this notice until the twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one (unless previously altered or revoked under the said Act), in the Pelorus Bridge Scenic Board, as constituted by notification dated the twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and published in Gazette of the second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.

SECTION 36, Block I, Wakamarina Survey District: Area, 302 acres.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that Arnold William Ernest Stewart, being a person holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, at Kotemaori, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
