Land set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject to the Land Act, 1924.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being part of a Provisional State Forest Reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the twenty-second day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted on the twenty-fifth day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Hokianga County, containing by admeasurement 300 acres 1 rood 3 perches, more or less, being portion of the land set aside as Provisional State Forest by New Zealand Gazette, No. 95, of the 25th November, 1920, page 3138: Bounded, commencing at a point being the south-western corner of Section 10, Block XIII, Waoku Survey District; thence on the north by the southern boundaries of Section 10 aforesaid and Section 9, Block XIII, Waoku Survey District; thence on the east by the western boundary of Section 15, Block XIII, Waoku Survey District; thence on the south generally from the south-western corner of Section 15 aforesaid by lines forming the northern boundary of other portion Provisional State Forest bearing 262° 25′ distance 612·5 links, bearing 263° 42′ distance 1241·9 links, bearing 264° 36′ distance 2320·3 links, bearing 258° 31′ distance 579·2 links, bearing 252° 06′ distance 428·1 links, bearing 270° 02′ distance 878·3 links to the eastern boundary of Section 17, Block XIII, Waoku Survey District; thence on the west by the eastern boundary of Section 17 aforesaid to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid measurements more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 9/2386, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Crown Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 167 acres 0 roods 26 perches, more or less, being portion of Section 3, Block II, Owatua Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan numbered L. and S. 26/24475, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of October, 1930

Declaring Lands in Westland Land District open for Disposal on Renewable Lease.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and fifty-four of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General, by Proclamation, may from time to time declare any Crown lands within any mining district to be open for disposal as provided in section one hundred and fifty-three of the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and fifty-fourth section of the said Act, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be open on Monday, the fifteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, for disposal as provided in section one hundred and fifty-three of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.—TOWN LAND.
Borough of Runanga.—Town of Runanga.
SECTION 10, Block X: Area, 1 rood 1 perch. Capital value, £50. Half-yearly rent, £1.
Section 1, Block XI: Area, 1 rood 1 perch. Capital value, £50. Half-yearly rent, £1.
Section 6, Block XI: Area, 1 rood 1 perch. Capital value, £50. Half-yearly rent, £1.
The Town of Runanga is situated at the State Coal-mine, about three miles by road and railway from Greymouth.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of October, 1930.

Proclaiming Unclaimed Lands in Pirongia District, Auckland Land District, to be Crown Lands.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section twenty-two of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies’ Empowering Act, 1921–22, it is enacted that, after not less than three months’ notice in the Gazette and in such newspapers as he thinks fit, of his intention so to do, the Governor-General may declare that the lands referred to therein, or any portion of those lands, shall, from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, be deemed to be Crown lands available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924:
And whereas the prescribed notice has been given in the Gazette and in certain newspapers:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section twenty-two of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1921–22, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto (being portion of the lands referred to in the said section twenty-two) shall, from and after the date of publication hereof in the Gazette, be deemed to be Crown lands available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

Section 150: Area, 1 acre.
