Land set apart as an Addition to a Hot-springs Reserve.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area adjoining the hot-springs reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said hot-springs reserve.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 31 perches, more or less, being Section 140R, Suburbs of Te Puia, Block XVI, Mata Survey District: As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 29806B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green and bordered red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, containing by admeasurement 12 acres 2 roods 35 perches, more or less, being Section 88, Suburbs of Te Puia, Block XVI, Mata Survey District: As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 29806B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of October, 1930.

ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 5ยท6 perches, more or less, being Section 142R, Suburbs of Te Puia, Block XVI, Mata Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 29806B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green and bordered red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, containing by admeasurement 11 acres and 26 perches, more or less, being Lot 2 of Section 118, Suburbs of Te Puia, Block XVI, Mata Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 29806B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of October, 1930.
