Land in the Auckland Land District proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale, or on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, cease to be national-endowment land:
And whereas the fee-simple of the land described in the Schedule hereto (being land not hitherto held on any tenure) has been acquired, and it is expedient that the said land should cease to be national-endowment land:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the seventeenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was set apart as national-endowment land under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, ceased to be national-endowment land.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.โ€”NATIONAL ENDOWMENT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 349 acres, more or less, being Section 8, Block XIV, Horohoro Survey District : Bounded towards the north generally by Sections 5 and 6, Block XIV, Horohoro Survey District; towards the east by Section 9 of Block XIV aforesaid; towards the south generally by a public road; and towards the north-west by Section 7, Block XIV aforesaid. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 9/2427, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the GovernorGeneral of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of October, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in the Mawheraiti Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 4 acres 3 roods 25 perches.
Portion of Sections 203 and 2997.
Situated in Block XIII, Mawheraiti Survey District. (S.O. plan 2845.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 21/149/390, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2432, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the GovernorGeneral of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of October, 1930.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Town District of Kaikohe described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street : 0.74 perches.
Being portion of Lot 5 on D.P. 15327, being part Kohewhata No. 4 Block.
Situated in Block XV, Omapere Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25283.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 80061, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the GovernorGeneral of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of October, 1930.

Being portion of provisional State Forest.
Situated in Block XVI, Manganui Survey District. (S.O. 2573.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79342, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the GovernorGeneral of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of October, 1930.
