SCHEDULE.
THE north-western side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, Borough of West Harbour, known as George Street, fronting Lot 42, Block I, Township of Burkes-town.
Also the south-western side of all that portion of street situated in the said land district and borough, known as Burkes Street, fronting Lots 40, 41, and 42, Block I, Township of Burkestown.
As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79868, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured brown and edged red.

Prohibiting all Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of October, 1930.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

Regulations under the Unemployment Act, 1930.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of October, 1930.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon him by the Unemployment Act, 1930 (hereinafter called “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulations for the purposes of the said Act, and doth hereby declare that these regulations shall come into force on the date of the publication thereof in the Gazette.
REGULATIONS.

THESE regulations may be cited as “The Unemployment Act Registration Regulations, 1930.”

The particulars to be furnished pursuant to subsection (1) and subsection (2) of section 10 of the said Act shall be furnished in the form numbered 1 in the Schedule hereto.

The said form shall be signed in person (with name or mark) by the person furnishing the particulars, and such signature shall be witnessed by the signature of some adult person of competent understanding.

The certificate of registration referred to in the said section 10 shall be in the form numbered 2 in the Schedule hereto.

The particulars required under the said section 10 shall be registered by filing a copy of the certificate in the said form numbered 2 in the Schedule hereto in the office in which is kept the register to be compiled pursuant to the said Act.

THESE regulations may be cited as “The Unemployment Board Nomination Regulations, 1930.”

In these regulations where the context so requires or admits, “organization” includes the New Zealand Returned Soldiers’ Association (Incorporated).

The Governor-General may, by notice under his hand, published in the Gazette, appoint a day, being not less than twenty-one days after the publication of such notice for the receipt from the organizations referred to in section 12 of the said Act of nominations of persons for appointment as members of the Board.

The Secretary of Labour shall forthwith forward by post a copy of the said notice to the Secretary of every organization known to him to be an organization qualified to make a nomination under the said section 12.
