Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street in the Borough of Mount Eden of a Width of less than 66 ft.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of October, 1930.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Mount Eden Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street, described in the Schedule hereto, of a width of less than sixty-six feet.
SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Mount Eden, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 10·28 perches, more or less, being Lots 40 on D.P. 17288 and 61 on D.P. 20380, being portion of Allotments 112 and 113, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79780, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

NOTE.—This Order in Council is issued in lieu of the Order in Council dated the 15th day of September, 1930, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 65, of the 18th day of the same month, at page 2792, authorizing the laying-off of a street in the Borough of Mount Eden of a width of less than 66 ft.
Canceling the Reservation over a Reserve in Block II, Gordon Survey District, Nelson Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of October, 1930.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a reserve for a resting-place for stock over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be a Government road: 4 acres 0 roods 15·8 perches.
Adjoining or passing through western portion Manga-Awakino No. 4 Block.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by section three of the Main Highways Act, 1922, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that on and after the date of gazetting of this Order in Council the public highways mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be main highways within the meaning and for the purpose of the Main Highways Act, 1922.
