Land set apart as an Endowment for Primary Education.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which adjoins the endowment for primary education described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 0 roods 1 perch, more or less, being Section 10R, Block XI, Jacobs River Hundred, and being road closed by Proclamation dated the 19th day of August, 1930, and published in the Gazette of the 21st August, 1930, and being the parcel of land more particularly described as follows: Bounded towards the north by a public road, 107·4 links; towards the north-east by Section 10, 2009 links; towards the south by Section 11A, 107·4 links; towards the south-west by a public road, 2008·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 16/1795, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 59 acres 0 roods 11 perches, more or less, being Section 10, Block XI, Jacobs River Hundred, permanently reserved as an endowment for primary education by notice published in a supplementary Gazette dated 12th June, 1878, page 842.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of October, 1930.

Additional Land taken for the Purposes of a Post-office in the Borough of Masterton.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 0·035 perches. Being portion of Section 2.
Situated in Block I, Otahoua Survey District (Town of Masterton R.D.), (Borough of Masterton). (S.O. 2579.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79376, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of October, 1930.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Motueka Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 2 roods 18 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 97, Square 6; coloured green.
All situated in Block XIII, Motueka Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 701R.)
All in the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79931, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, and its amendments:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has become Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
TAUMAHA 1892 Act Leases Grant 3777, Sale No. 2, comprising part Section 1, Block XIV, and part Section 2, Block XV, and part Taumaha No. 10, Block XV, Hawera Survey District, containing 234 acres 1 rood 22 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of October, 1930.
