to the point of commencement. Excluding all intersecting

plan No. 126/28, deposited in the Head Office of the State
Forest Service, Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

All that area of national-endowment land containing
600 acres, more or less, including parts of Sections 2943 and
3303, situated in Block III, Mawheranui Survey District,
held under Warden’s grants No. 7175 and 7176, and bounded
as follows: Commencing at the north-western corner of
Section 3303, and proceeding to a point on the western
boundary of Section 4, 400 links, to the southward of the
Blackball-Moonlight Road for 1500 links; thence along
the said boundary and the production thereof for 3500 links;
thence on a bearing of 119° for 2800 links; thence on a bearing
of 238° for 5800 links; thence on a bearing of 302° for 1800
links to the south-eastern corner of Section 3400, and thence
along the north-eastern boundary of the said section to the
Blackball-Moonlight Road; thence across the said road to the
south-eastern corner of Provisional State Forest No. 1592
(Gazette, 1920, page 2837), and along the eastern boundary
of the said forest for 3600 links; thence on a bearing of
90° for 4430 links to a point on the eastern boundary of
said Section 5, and along that boundary for 1500 links to the
Blackball-Moonlight Road; thence along the northern side
of the said road in a westerly direction for 1285 links; thence
across the said road to the most westerly point of a Gravel
Reserve, and along the southern boundary of that reserve
and the southern side of the Blackball-Moonlight Road for
2680 links to the point of commencement. Excluding all
intersecting roads. As the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan No. 119/16, deposited in the Head Office of the
State Forest Service, Wellington, and thereon bordered
green.
Part of Provisional State Forest No. 1594.
All that area of Crown land containing 39 acres, more or
less, situated in Block VIII, Waiwhero Survey District,
being part of Section 3296, held under Warden’s grant
No. 6391, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the
south-eastern corner of the said section, and proceeding north-
westerly on a bearing of 314° 15′ for 1789·6 links; thence north-
easterly on a bearing of 45° 55′ for 4316 links to the most
easterly point of said section; and thence south-westerly
along the eastern boundary of the said section on a bearing
of 203° 9′ 30″, 4624·1 links, to the point of commencement.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
No. 119/17, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest
Service, Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

All that area of national-endowment land containing 155
acres, more or less, situated in Block VIII, Waimea Survey
District, held under Warden’s grant No. 1377, and bounded
as follows: Commencing at a point on the south-western
side on the Cape Terrace Road, 100 links, to the north-
west of road traverse peg No. VIII on a bearing of 293°
30′, and proceeding on that bearing for 6000 links; thence
bearing 11° 15′ to the left-hand bank of Deep Creek;
thence easterly along the said creek-bank to its intersection
with the south-western side of the said Cape Terrace Road,
and along the said roadside to the point of commencement.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan No.
125/21, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest
Service, Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

All that area of national-endowment land containing 228
acres, more or less, including part of Section 3600, situated in
Block XI, Waimea Survey District, held under Warden’s grant
No. 1124, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point
on the eastern boundary of Provisional State Forest No. 1620
(Gazette, 1920, page 2840), 41 chains from its south-eastern
corner, and proceeding along the said boundary in a northerly
direction, 4625 links; thence south-easterly on a bearing of
115° 30′ for 9100 links; thence on a bearing of 194° 30′ for
2100 links; and thence on a bearing of 281° 30′ for 6200 links
to the point of commencement. Excluding all internal roads.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
No. 125/23, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest
Service, Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

All that area of national-endowment land containing 47
acres, more or less, situated in Block XI, Waimea Survey
District, being part of Section 3230, held under Warden’s
grant No. 1604, and bounded as follows: Commencing at
the south-eastern corner of the said section, and pro-
ceeding in a north-westerly direction along its south-
western boundary for 1659·5 links; thence northerly 2460
links; thence south-easterly 124° 30′ for 3080 links; thence
along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section, 2000
links, to the point of commencement. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan No. 125/25, deposited
in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, Wellington,
and thereon bordered green.

All that area of national-endowment land containing 137
acres, including part of Section 3227, situated in Block XI,
Waimea Survey District, held under Warden’s grants Nos.
1179 and 1784, and bounded as follows: Commencing
at the south-eastern corner of Section 3227, and proceed-
ing along its south-western boundary for 1900 links;
thence on a bearing of 68° 30″ for 150 links; thence on a
bearing of 328° for 8300 links; thence on a bearing of 63°
for 1000 links; thence on a bearing of 141° for 8300 links;
thence on a bearing of 248° 30′ for 1000 links; thence on a
bearing of 137° 30′ for 700 links; thence on a bearing of
198° for 1100 links to the point of commencement. Excluding
all internal roads. As the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan No. 125/26, deposited in the Head Office of the
State Forest Service, Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

All that area of national-endowment land containing
120 acres, more or less, situated in Block XII, Waimea
Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 1772, and
bounded as follows: Commencing at the south-western
corner of Reserve No. 159, and proceeding on a bearing
of 155° for 6200 links to a point on the northern bound-
ary of Provisional State Forest No. 1621 (Gazette, 1920, page
2840); thence westerly along the said boundary for 2000
links to its intersection with the right-hand bank of Kapitea
Creek; thence along the said creek-bank for 6300 links;
and thence on a bearing of 90° 40′ for 800 links to the point
of commencement. As the same is more particularly de-
lineated on the plan No. 125/12, deposited in the Head
Office of the State Forest Service, Wellington, and thereon
bordered green.
Part of Provisional State Forest No. 1623.
All that area of national-endowment land containing
18 acres, more or less, being portion of Section 3344, held under
Warden’s grant No. 3193, situated in Block XII, Mahinapua
Survey District, and bounded as follows: Commencing at
the southernmost corner of Section 3344 aforesaid, thence
proceeding 1350 links on a bearing of 309° along the H.P.
Line Road; thence 3050 links on a bearing of 65°; and thence
2750 links on a bearing of 218° 39′ along the south-eastern
boundary of Section 3344 aforesaid, to the point of com-
mencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on
plan No. 125/42, deposited in the Head Office of the State
Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

All that area of national-endowment land containing
326 acres, more or less, situated in Block XVI, Mahinapua
Survey District, held under Warden’s grants Nos. 3529 and
4559, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the south-
western corner of Section 2355 and proceeding along its south-
ern boundary for 1800 links; thence on a bearing of 113° for
4500 links; thence on a bearing of 218° for 2500 links;
thence on a bearing of 110° for 1500 links; thence on a bearing
of 180° for 3200 links; thence on a bearing of 140° for 125
links to the north-western boundary of Section 653; thence
along the said boundary for 300 links, and along the south-
western boundary of the said Section 653 for 1400 links;
thence on a bearing of 180° for 3450 links; thence on a bearing
of 270° for 8000 links; thence on a bearing of 38° for 5100
links; thence on a bearing of 128° for 5000 links; thence on a
bearing of 360° for 7000 links; thence on a bearing of 290°
for 6000 links; and thence in a north-easterly direction for
2000 links to the point of commencement. As the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan No. 125/13, deposited
in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, Wellington, and
thereon bordered green.

394 acres, more or less, being Section 3093, held under
Warden’s grant No. 2316, and situated in Block XII, Waitaha
Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated
