All that area of national-endowment land containing 337 acres, more or less, situated in Block V, Totara Survey District, held under Warden's grants Nos. 1541 and 1857, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the south-eastern corner of Provisional State Forest No. 1630 (Gazette 1920, page 2842), and proceeding due north along the eastern boundary of the said forest 884 links; thence on a bearing of 21° 09' for 5553·4 links; thence on a bearing of 270° for 1999·2 links to the said eastern boundary of the aforesaid forest; thence due north along the said boundary for 3333 links; thence on a bearing of 90° for 5888·6 links to a point on the western boundary of Scenic Reserve No. 1183; thence southerly along the said boundary for 10040 links to a point on the southern boundary of the said Block V, Totara Survey District; and thence due west along the said boundary for 2378 links to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan No. 132/6, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

All that area of Crown land containing 530 acres, more or less, situated in Block XIV, Arnold Survey District, held under Warden's grants Nos. 54/18 and 55/18, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the south-eastern corner of Education Endowment Reserve 130, and proceeding along its eastern boundary, 18875 links, to the south side of Clearwater Road; thence generally in a north-easterly direction along the said road side and the boundary of Provisional State Forest No. 1605 (Gazette, 1920, page 2838), for 3780 links; thence southerly and westerly along the boundary of the said forest to the point of commencement. Excluding all internal roads. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan No. 119/18, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Part of Provisional State Forest No. 1660.

All that area of Crown land containing 335 acres, more or less, situated in Block VI, Kopara Survey District, being part of Section 3264, held under Warden's grants Nos. 63/26 and 72/16, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the south-eastern corner of the said section, and proceeding along its south-western boundary on a bearing of 302° 42' for 5616 links; thence along the north-western boundary of the said section on a bearing of 22° 54' for 242·8 links, and on a bearing of 32° 44' for 7553·3 links; thence south-easterly on a bearing of 155° for 6650 links to a point on the south-eastern boundary of the said section; and thence along the said boundary on a bearing of 212° 42' for 4286·1 links to the point of commencement. Excluding all internal roads and reserves. All that area of Crown land containing 108 acres, more or less, being Section 2981, held under Warden's grant No. 1736, and situated in Block VII, Turiwhate Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan No. 126/17, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

All that area of Crown land containing 215 acres, more or less, situated in Block XI, Waimea Survey District, being part of Section 3230, held under Warden's grant No. 1604, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 3258, and proceeding along the northern boundary of the said section, 5927·1 links, to the eastern side of the Stafford-Chesterfield Track, and along the said track for 5002 links; thence easterly for 620 links to the southern corner of Chesterfield Township; thence on a bearing of 112° 15' for

3120 links; thence on a bearing of 213° for 1500 links; thence on a bearing of 124° 30' for 1520 links; thence due south 2460 links to the north-eastern corner of Provisional State Forest 1678 (Gazette, 1919, page 1286); and thence along the north-eastern boundary of the said forest, 1000 links, and the western boundary of the said forest, 72·2 links, to the point of commencement. All that area of Crown land containing 150 acres, more or less, being part of Sections 2699 and 2700, situated in Block XIV, Mawheraiti Survey District, held under Warden's grant No. 7250, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the south-western corner of Section 2699, and proceeding along its south-western boundary for 2961·4 links to the south-western corner of Gravel Reserve No. 1111; thence due east for 8100 links to a point on the eastern boundary of Section 2700; thence along the eastern and southern boundaries of the said Section 2700; thence along its south-western boundary for 1808·8 links; and thence across a road and along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 2699 for 4197·4 links, to the point of commencement. All that area of national-endowment land containing 308 acres, more or less, being part of Section No. 3213, situated in Block XIII, Ahaura Survey District, held under Warden's grant No. 7139, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the north-eastern corner of the said Section 3123, and proceeding on a bearing of 200° for 8600 links to a point on the southern boundary of the said section; thence along the said boundary, 2000 links, to the south-western corner of the said section; thence along the western boundary of the said section 6555·3 links; and thence along the northern boundary of the said section 7483·3 links, to the point of commencement.
