Also all that area containing 10 acres, more or less, being portion of Sections 12 and 23, Block IV, Waitakere Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 6349, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north and east by other portion of Section 23 aforesaid; towards the south by other portion of Section 12 aforesaid; and towards the west by other portion of Sections 12 and 23 aforesaid.

And also all that area containing 50 acres, more or less, situated in Block IX, Waitakere Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 7/1920, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north, east, south, and west by national-endowment land.

All those areas of national-endowment land containing 401 acres 2 roods, more or less, and described generally as follows:—

All that area containing 20 acres, more or less, being portion of Sections 3 and 55, Block XII, Inangahua Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 5864, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the east by McMurray’s Creek; towards the south by other portion of Sections 3 and 55 aforesaid; towards the west by other portion of Section 3 aforesaid; and towards the north by other portion of Sections 3 and 55 aforesaid.

Also all that area containing 20 acres, more or less, being portion of Section 53, Block XII, Inangahua Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 5885, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the south-east by McMurray’s Creek; and towards the west, north-west, and east by other portion of Section 53 aforesaid.

Also all that area containing 355 acres 2 roods, more or less, being portion of Section 7, Block VI, Mawheraiti Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 5813, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by a road; towards the south-east by Sections 2 and 3, Block VI aforesaid; towards the south-west by a road; and towards the north-west by national-endowment land: save and excepting the intersecting road.

Also all that area containing 6 acres, more or less, being portion of Section 9, Block V, Reefton Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 4029, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the south-east and south-west by Provisional State Forest No. 129 (Gazette 1920, page 2111); and towards the north by other portion of Section 9 aforesaid.

All those areas of national-endowment land containing 1,938 acres 3 roods 8 perches, more or less, and described generally as follows:—

All that area containing 517 acres 3 roods 8 perches, more or less, being Sections 24, 25, 29, 30, 34, and 35, Block XII, and Sections 6 and 11 and portion of Sections 7 and 8, Block XIII, Inangahua Survey District, held under Warden’s grants Nos. 5537, 5675, and 5850, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north by a road; towards the east by other part of Provisional State Forest No. 130 (Gazette, 1920, page 2110); towards the south by other portion of Section 7 aforesaid; again towards the east by other portion of Sections 7 and 8 aforesaid; again towards the south by Section 9, Block XIII aforesaid; again towards the east by a road; again towards the north by a road; again towards the east by Provisional State Forest No. 130 (Gazette, 1920, page 2110); again towards the south by Section 12, Block XIII aforesaid, and Section 39, Block XII aforesaid; and towards the west by Sections 36, 33, 31, 28, 26, and 23, Block XII aforesaid: save and excepting the intersecting roads.

Also all that area containing 600 acres, more or less, being Section 55, Block II, Section 54, Block III, Reefton Survey District, and national-endowment land, situated in Blocks II and III aforesaid, held under Warden’s grants Nos. 4089 and 4090, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the west by Sections 174 and 25, Block II aforesaid; towards the north and north-east by Provisional State Forest No. 130 (Gazette, 1920, page 2111); and towards the south-west by national-endowment land and Larry’s Creek: save and excepting the intersecting road.

Also all that area containing 110 acres, more or less, situated in Block VI, Reefton Survey District, held under Warden’s grants Nos. 5227 and 5707, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east and south-west by national-endowment land.

Also all that area containing 7 acres, more or less, situated in Block VII, Reefton Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 5810, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by a stream; and towards the south-east, south-west, and north-west by national-endowment land.

Also all that area containing 374 acres, more or less, being Sections 60, 61, 63, 64, 66, 67, and 69, Block X, Reefton Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 5398, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the south-west by Section 72, Block X aforesaid; towards the north-west by a road; again towards the south-west by Section 68, Block X aforesaid; again towards the north-west by a road; towards the north-east and again towards the north-west by Section 2, Block X aforesaid; again towards the south-west by a road; again towards the north-west by a road; again towards the north-east by national-endowment land; and towards the south-east and south by Provisional State Forest No. 130 (Gazette, 1920, page 2111): save and excepting the intersecting roads.

Also all that area containing 15 acres, more or less, situated in Block XV, Reefton Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 5794, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by Provisional State Forest No. 130 (Gazette, 1920, page 2111); and towards the south-east, south-west, and north-west by national-endowment land.

Also all that area containing 75 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks II and VI, Reefton Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 4001, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by Section 4, Block II aforesaid, and national-endowment land; towards the east by Provisional State Forest No. 130 (Gazette, 1920, page 2111); and towards the south-west and north-west by national-endowment land.

Also all that area containing 240 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks VI and VII, Reefton Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 4004, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by Provisional State Forest No. 130 (Gazette, 1920, page 2111); and again towards the north-east and towards the south-east and south-west by national-endowment land.

Part of Provisional State Forest No. 132.

All those areas of national-endowment land (Midland Railway Mining Reserve), containing 69 acres, more or less, and described generally as follows:—

All that area containing 49 acres, more or less, being portion of Section 1, Block XVI, Mawheraiti Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 5879, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by the Township of Hukawai and other portion of Section 1 aforesaid; and towards the south-east, south-west, and north-west by other portion of Section 1 aforesaid.

Also all that area containing 20 acres, more or less, being portion of Section 10, Block XVI, Mawheraiti Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 5456, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the east and north-east by Provisional State Forest No. 132 (Gazette, 1920, page 2112); and towards the south-west by other part of Section 10 aforesaid, and a road along the Snowy River.

Part of Provisional State Forest No. 173.

All that area of Crown land containing 124 acres, more or less, being part of Section 55, Block XIV, Oparara Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 6859 and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by other part of Section 55 aforesaid; towards the south-west by a road and other part of Section 55 aforesaid; and towards the west by a road.

As the same are more particularly delineated on plans Nos. 101/3, 106/5, 112/1 and 113/6, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.—WESTLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

Part of Provisional State Forest No. 1576.

All that area of Crown land containing 200 acres, more or less, situated in Block XI, Te Kinga Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 162/07, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 2852, and proceeding north-westerly along its north-eastern boundary and across a road reserve to the southern corner of Section 21; thence generally in a northerly direction along the eastern boundary of the said Section 21, across a road reserve, and along the eastern boundary of Subdivision 6 of Section 856, across Mt. Howe Road, and again along the last-mentioned boundary to the eastern corner of the said Subdivision 6; thence generally south-easterly along the north-western boundary of road reserve fronting the left-hand bank of Crooked River to the junction the said road reserve with Mt. Howe Road; and
