Recreation Reserves in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of September, 1930.

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the North Auckland Land District, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserves shall hereafter form part of the Mangere Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Mangere Domain Board.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALLOTMENTS 67 and 68, Mangere Village: Area, 1 acre 1 rood 30-4 perches.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Alexander Street and the Southern Side of Portion of Chapel Street, in the Borough of Greymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of September, 1930.

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Greymouth Borough Council on the first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, viz.:--
"That the Greymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having the control of the streets in the Borough of Greymouth, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Alexander and Chapel Streets adjoining Lots 1 and 2 of Lot 1, deposited plan 275, part Section 173, Block 21, Native Reserve 31, Town of Greymouth";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Alexander Street or the southern side of the portion of Chapel Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Westland Land District, Borough of Greymouth, known as Alexander Street, fronting Lot 1, D.P. 275, being part Section 173, Block 21, N.R. 31, Town of Greymouth.
Also the southern side of all that portion of street situated in the said land district and borough, known as Chapel Street, fronting Lot 1, D.P. 275, being part Section 173, Block 21, N.R. 31, Town of Greymouth.
As the said portions of streets are particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78785, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

The Western Side of Portion of Liardet Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the twenty-first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, viz.--
"The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of the western side of Liardet Street fronting Lot 400 and part Lot 399, D.P. 52 (S.O. plan 3638), commencing at the north-eastern corner of Lot 400 and extending southward for a distance of 235-64 links";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Liardet Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE western side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Liardet Street, fronting Lot 400 and part Lot 399, D.P. 52, being part Section 15, Ohiro R.D. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79695, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

The North-eastern Side of Portion of Fyfe's Road, in the County of Murchison, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of September, 1930.

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Murchison County Council on the twenty-sixth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, viz.--
"That the road on the western boundary of Section 91, Square 170, Block XIII, Matiri (Warne's Subdivision), be exempted from the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, section one hundred and twenty-eight";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Fyfe's Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of all that portion of road, situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Murchison, known as Fyfe's Road, fronting Section 91, Square 170, Block XIII, Matiri Survey District. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79703, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
