SCHEDULE.
DOBSON DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 258 (in red), Town of Dobson, Block X, Arnold Survey District.
Bounded towards the north-west by Omapere Street, 1000 links ; towards the north-east by Maori Street, 500 links; towards the south-east by Mawhera Street, 1000 links ; and towards the south-west by Herald Street, 500 links.
Also all that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Reserve 290 (in red), Town of Dobson. Bounded towards the north- west by Mawhera Street, 700 links ; towards the north-east by Maori Street, 500 links ; towards the south-east by Pukaki Street, 700 links ; and towards the south-west by Sections Nos. 391 and 362, 500 links.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less : as the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/548, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wel- lington, and thereon coloured red.

Revocation of Order in Council prohibiting all Alienation of certain Native other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of September, 1930.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any Order in Council made under that section may at any time be varied or revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council referred to in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ORDER IN COUNCIL under section 363 of the Native Land Act, 1909, dated the 23rd day of September, 1929, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 26th day of September, 1929, as extended by Order in Council dated the 18th day of August, 1930, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 21st day of August, 1930, affecting Waipa Lot 73c No.1 A and Waipa Lot 73c, Section 18.

Rates of Duty on Various Articles.--(C. No. 71.)

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of September, 1930.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section one hundred and thirty-five of the Customs Act, 1913, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Orders in Council enumerated in the First Schedule hereto, and doth declare that the goods enumerated in the First Column of the Second Schedule hereto, being articles which are not specifically enumerated in the Tariff and which are, in the opinion of the Minister of Customs, substitutes for the articles mentioned in the Second Column of the said Schedule shall be charged with duty at the rates (if any) set out in the Third Column of the said Schedule, if admissible under the British Preferential Tariff, and at the rates set out in the Fourth Column of the said Schedule, if admissible under the General Tariff : Provided that nothing in this Order shall affect the provisions of section five or subsection three of section nine of the Customs Acts Amendment Act, 1930, in respect of the imposition of surtax or primage duty, as the case may be.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ORDERS IN COUNCIL REVOKED.
Order in Council dated 21st December, 1927, published in New Zealand Gazette, 12th January, 1928, declaring rates of duty on "Compo-board."
Order in Council dated 23rd February, 1928, published in New Zealand Gazette, 8th March, 1928, declaring rates of duty on letters and figures of celluloid or similar material.
Order in Council dated 19th October, 1929, published in New Zealand Gazette, 24th October, 1929, declaring rates of duty on opal glass bottles.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
RATES OF DUTY IMPOSED.
First Column. Articles. " Compo-board," consisting of timber with a layer of paper pulp, strawboard, paper, or similar material cemented thereto on one or both sides Letters and figures and similar articles of celluloid or similar material for use in building advertising-signs Empty plain opal glass bottles, not being cut or ground
