Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Okain’s Bay Domain.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of September, 1930.
Present:
His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Alfred William Coffin,
Henry Herbert Harris,
Walter George Harris,
Robert John Edward Hartley,
Reginald Clement Mason,
William Robinson, and
Walter Thomas
to be the Okain’s Bay Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Okain’s Bay Public Library, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
Okain’s Bay Domain.
All that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 2 roods 18 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 3734 in Block IV, Okain’s Survey District, and bounded as follows: On the north and north-east by a road reserve along high-water mark of Okain’s Bay, 525 links and 20759 links; on the south-east by a public road, 486.4 links; and on the south-west by a public road, 81.6 links, 374.5 links, 377.9 links, 215.3 links, 232.4 links, and 1074.5 links, to the point of commencement.
Also all that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 0 roods 22 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 3753, formerly part of Rural Section No. 829, situated in Block IV, Okain’s Survey District, commencing at a point on the south-west corner of Rural Section No. 829 and bounded as follows: On the west by a public road, 5977 links; on the north by Rural Section No. 1717, 5257 links; on the east by the other part of Rural Section No. 829, 599 links; and on the south by a public road, 523.5 links, to the point of commencement.
Also all that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, and being part of Reserve No. 150, situated in Block IV, Okain’s Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east by Rural Section No. 827, 460 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 625 links; towards the south-west by the other part of Reserve No. 150, 220 links, and again towards the north-west by a public road along the Okain’s Creek, 640 links, approximately.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/223, deposited in Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Board to have control of the Te Kauwhata Domain, and doth hereby appoint
The Te Kauwhata Town Board
to be the Te Kauwhata Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the twenty-third day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the War Memorial Hall, Te Kauwhata, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Te Kauwhata Domain.—Auckland Land District.
Section 49, Town of Te Kauwhata: Area, 1 acre 3 roods 37 perches.

to be the Athol Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the third day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Athol Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Section 11, Block XXVII, Town of Athol: Area, 4 acres 0 roods 5 perches.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the twenty-eighth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, and published in the Gazette of the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Dobson Domain, and doth hereby appoint
His Worship the Mayor of Brunner, ex officio,
John Bell,
Edward Hogg,
Percy George Low,
Matthew Muir,
Sidney Ball Quintrell, and
James Berry Stevenson
to be the Dobson Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the seventeenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Dobson Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
