PURSUANT to the provisions of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, I hereby notify that the undermentioned land, being the land known as Rosebery Settlement, which has been acquired under the said Act, is subject to the said Act, as from 20th March, 1930.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—ROSEBERY SETTLEMENT.
FIRST: All that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 871 acres 2 roods 14 poles, more or less, being Lots 4 and 5 of Land Transfer Plan 4019, situated in Blocks XII and XIII, Oamaru Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north by Sections 1A and 2A, Airedale Settlement, 10880·4 links; towards the east generally by a public road, 2010 links, by the crossing of a public road 60 links wide, and again by a public road, 10032 links; towards the south by Sections 1 of 15 and 14, Block II, Oamaru Survey District, 6187·2 links; towards the west by a public road and Section 2 of 37, Block XII, Oamaru Survey District, 1150 links; towards the south by said Section 2 of 37, 2221·7 links; towards the west generally by a public road 2834·9 links, by the crossing of a public road 60 links wide, and again by a public road 4957·5 links; and excepting from out the above-described parcel of land one intersecting public road 60 links wide, a deduction for which has been made from the area.

Third: All that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 145 acres 1 rood 33 poles, more or less, being Lots 8 and 9 of Land Transfer Plan 4020, situated in Block IV, Papakaio Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east by Sections part 190, part 191, part 192, Block IV, Papakaio Survey District, and the Kurow Oamaru Railway, 10071·9 links; towards the south-east by Section 202, 1507·7 links; towards the south-west by a public road, 3974 links, by the crossing of a public road, 50 links wide, and again towards the south-east by a public road, 4829·2 links; and towards the west by a public road 1886·1 links; and excepting from the above-described parcel of land one intersecting public road 50 links wide, a deduction for which has been made from the area; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
As the same are more particularly shown on the plan marked L. and S. 21/149/277, deposited under No. 2413, in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
