Robert Hyndman, of Ashhurst,

to be an officer for the purposes of Part II of the first-mentioned Act, in respect of the Feilding and District Acclimatization District.

Captain D. A. Carty, 15th Coast Battery, to be Major. Dated 23rd July, 1930.

The seniority of Major S. G. Scoular, 14th Medium Battery, is antedated to 15th September, 1927.

2nd Lieutenant W. D. Philp, 7th Field Battery, to be Lieutenant. Dated 15th May, 1930.

Captain G. T. Lee, from the Auckland Regiment (Countess of Ranfurly’s Own), to be Captain, and is posted to the 1st Field Brigade, Artillery Section, Auckland Grammar School Cadets. Dated 20th June, 1930.

Lieutenant I. S. McHarg, from the Auckland Regiment (Countess of Ranfurly’s Own), to be Lieutenant, and is posted to the 1st Field Brigade, Artillery Section, Takapuna Grammar School Cadets. Dated 20th June, 1930.

2nd Lieutenant H. L. Towers, from the Auckland Regiment (Countess of Ranfurly’s Own), to be Lieutenant, and is posted to the 1st Field Brigade, Artillery Section, Mount Albert School Cadets. Dated 20th June, 1930.

Lieutenant J. P. C. Walshe, from the Waikato Regiment, to be Lieutenant, with seniority as from the 31st October, 1929, and is posted to the 3rd C Battalion. Dated 25th July, 1930.

The Waikato Regiment.

Lieutenant J. P. C. Walshe, 2nd C Battalion, is transferred to the North Auckland Regiment. Dated 25th July, 1930.

The Wellington Regiment.

Captain N. J. Hutton, 2nd C Battalion, is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), R.D. 5. Dated 24th July, 1930.
