Hapuakoh Survey District, Waikato County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Hapuakohe Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also
do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:

0 O 21 Allotment 192 ; coloured purple.

ROAD CLOSED.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 72833, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of August, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land : 1 rood 18 perches. Adjoining Mangahine Stream.
Situated in Block X, Kawhia South Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25584.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78311, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of August, 1930.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 4 acres 3 roods 26 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Rural Sections 36578, 36579, 36580 (Patoa Settlement).
Situatetl in Block V, Waitohi Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 2149.)
In the Canterbury Land District: as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79411, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of August, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.
