Declaring Town Lands to be subject to the Provisions of
Section 10 of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1927.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section ten of the Land Laws
Amendment Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare
the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being lands classi-
fied as town lands and being available for disposal by way of
sale under section one hundred and thirty of the Land Act,
1924, to be subject to the provisions of the said section ten.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Norsewood Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do
hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described
in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection
ten of the said section twelve.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tutaki Survey
District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
2 acres 3 roods 32 perches.
Being portion of Section 1.
Situated in Block VII, Tutaki Survey District (Nelson
R.D.). (S.O. 714B.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79256, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of
August, 1930.
