Notifying Rural Land in Wellington Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section one hundred and thirty-two of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Monday, the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, as the time at which the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction for cash; and I do hereby fix the price at which the said land shall be sold as that mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.-RURAL LAND.
Akitio County.-Mount Cerberus Survey District.
Section 55, Block XII : Area, 11 acres 3 roods. Upset price, Β£50.
Situated five miles from Horoeka or eight miles from Waione store and post-office, by metalled road. Soil of fair quality, with outcrop and limestone. Land is all in rough feed and grass. Poorly watered. Altitude, 1,100 ft. to 1,300 ft. above sea-level.

Notifying the Proposed Exchange of Crown Land in the North Auckland Land District for other Land.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and sixty of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that it shall be lawful for the Governor-General, whenever he deems it expedient in the public interest, to grant in fee-simple any area of Crown land which is subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924, in exchange for the fee-simple of any other land, and on any such exchange to pay or receive any sum by way of equality of exchange :
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to exchange the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and the owner of the land described in the Second Schedule has agreed to such exchange:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the aforesaid powers and authorities, doth hereby declare it is his intention to grant in fee-simple the area of Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto in exchange for the fee-simple of the land described in the Second Schedule.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF LAND AUTHORIZED TO BE EXCHANGED.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 9Β·1 perches, more or less, being Section 8, Block VI, Waipu Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 16/1148c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan 22487.)
SECOND SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF LAND TO BE OBTAINED IN EXCHANGE THEREFOR.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 37 perches, more or less, being portion of Allotment 62, Parish of Waipu. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 16/1148c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged blue. (North Auckland plan 22487.)
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 24th day of July, 1930.
