All situated in Blocks XV and XVI, Alexandra Survey
District (Auckland R.D.), (Pirongia Parish). (S.O. 25576.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79190,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Waiwera
Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods
13 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Allotments 22 and 20,
Parish of Puhoi.

Situated in Block II, Waiwera Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 23385.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79189,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued

District described in the Schedule hereto.

Situated in Block X, Takahue Survey District (Auckland

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street in the Borough of Mount
Eden of a Width of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft.,
subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of
July, 1930.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Public Works
Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him
in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby authorize the Mount Eden Borough Council to permit
the laying-off of the proposed street, described in the Schedule
hereto, of a width of less than sixty-six feet but not less than
forty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part
of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting
the said street within a distance of thirty-five feet from the
centre-line of the said street.


SCHEDULE.

THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District,
Borough of Mount Eden, containing by admeasurement
1 rood 0·05 perches, more or less, being portion of part Allot-
ment 96 of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
79138, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
