At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of July, 1930.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Lower Hutt Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street, described in the Schedule hereto, of a width of less than sixty-six feet but not less than forty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said street within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said street.

SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Lower Hutt, containing by admeasurement 22·3 perches, more or less, being part Section 38, Hutt District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79279, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of July, 1930.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the Order in Council dated the seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 2, of the tenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and seven, exempting Tamar Street, in the City of Wellington, from the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1905, subject to a condition as to the building-line, by cancelling the condition as to the building-line imposed by the said Order in Council in so far as it affects part Section 5, Town District, Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79320, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for the purposes of the Department of Agriculture over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth thereby order and declare that the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.

The foreshore road commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 104, Block I, Tennyson Survey District, and proceeding in an easterly direction generally along the shores of Nydia Bay, and terminating at the south-eastern corner of S.G.R. 100 in Block I, Tennyson Survey District; marked “C–D” on plan.
