Land reserved under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), has recommended that the land described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a scenic reserve under the said Act, and subject to the provisions thereof.
SCHEDULE.
KIRK’S BUSH SCENIC RESERVE (ADDITION).
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 25 perches, more or less, being Lot 23, D.P. 15387, part Allotment 11, Opaheke Parish, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 364, folio 127, Auckland Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of July, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway (Rangiahua Section), and for a road-diversion in connection therewith.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—
A. R. P. FOR RAILWAY.
0 1 2 Being portion of road; coloured green.
FOR ROAD-DIVERSION.
0 0 36 Part Allotment 20, Okaihau Parish; coloured yellow.
All situated in Block VI, Omapere Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25721.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78971, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of July, 1930.

Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Block VI, Omapere Survey District, taken for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto, and which was taken for a further portion of the Kawakawa-Hokianga Railway, Ngapuhi northwards (Okoro Section), and which is no longer required for such purposes) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that the said road shall be maintained by the Bay of Islands County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with: 22 perches. Being portion of railway land.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block IX, Coromandel Survey District—viz., portion of the Thames-Coromandel Main Highway (Coromandel County Section)—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
