ERRATA.--In the Schedule to the Proclamation, dated
the 16th day of July, 1930, and published in the New
Zealand Gazette, No. 53, of the 24th day of the same month,
at page 2222, taking land for the Taieri Plain Flood-protection
Works, for the second area, read “1 acre 1 rood 23·6 perches”
in lieu of “1 acre 2 roods 23·6 perches.”

In the heading and Schedule to the Proclamation, dated
the 16th day of April, 1930, and published in the New Zealand
Gazette, No. 33, of the 8th day of May, 1930, at page 1547,
taking land for the purposes of a public school, read “Block
XI, Pirongia Survey District” in lieu of “Block X, Pirongia
Survey District.”

In the Schedule to the Proclamation, dated the 11th day
of June, 1930, and published in Gazette, No. 45, of the 19th
day of the same month, at page 1977, taking land for the
purposes of a road in Blocks XI, XII, and XV, Omapere
Survey District, read “Section 5s, Te Pua Settlement” in
lieu of “Section 5s, Remuera Settlement.”

National-endowment Land set apart as a Provisional State
Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests
Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the
national-endowment land described in the Schedule hereto
as a provisional State forest.
SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.--WESTLAND FOREST-
CONSERVATION REGION.
Part of Provisional State Forest No. 1622.
ALL that area of national-endowment land in the Westland
Land District, containing 234 acres, more or less, situated in
Block VI, Kanieri Survey District, and bounded generally as
follows: Towards the north by Provisional State Forest
No. 1622 (Gazette, 1920, page 2840), 4000 links; towards the
east by Provisional State Forest No. 1667 (Gazette, 1919,
page 1288) 5550 links; towards the south by lines bearing
251° 30' for 800 links and 265° 30' for 3350 links; and towards
the west by Provisional State Forest No. 1622 aforesaid,
6000 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on
plan No. 125/43, deposited in the Head Office of the State
Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of
July, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Mangakahia Survey
District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 30 perches.
Adjoining Crown land situated in Block X, Mangakahia
Survey District. (Plan 25689.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1791,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2404, and thereon coloured
green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of
July, 1930.
