PURSUANT to section 13 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, I hereby give notice that a poll of the ratepayers of the Glen Eden Town District was taken on Wednesday, 2nd July, 1930, and resulted as follows: For the proposal 134; against, 77; informal, 1: total, 212.

The proposal was therefore carried by a majority of fifty-seven votes.

IT is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General, under the River Boards Act, 1908, and amendments, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be included in the Kahutara River District.
