Number of Commissioners of Town District of Otorohanga increased.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by the Town Boards Act, 1908, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby increase the number of Commissioners of the Town District of Otorohanga to seven, such increase to commence from the general election of members to be held in September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.

McLAUGHLIN, ESQUIRE, of 36 West 44th Street, New York, N.Y., attorney and counsellor-at-law, admitted to practice in the State of New York, has this day been appointed by the Honourable Sir Michael Myers, K.C.M.G., Chief Justice of New Zealand, a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in the State of New York, under the 47th section of the Judicature Act, 1908, for the purpose of administering and taking all such oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.

2nd Lieutenant (on probation) G. J. Sceats, from the Wellington Regiment, to be 2nd Lieutenant (on probation), with seniority as from the 21st June, 1927, and is posted to the 3rd C Battalion. Dated 16th June, 1930.
The North Auckland Regiment.
Lieutenant E. B. Berry, 1st Battalion, is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), R.D. l. Dated 28th June, 1930.
The Waikato Regiment.
