the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, registered number 17555, to Frosts Limited; expiring on the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and subject also to an agreement to lease dated the nineteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, to Russell Claude James expiring on the twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one) for street purposes, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken (subject to the aforementioned Memorandum of Lease and agreement to lease) in connection with street-widening, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the pieces of land taken for street purposes: 1·92 perches.
Being portion of Section 200, Town of Wellington R.D.; coloured purple.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken in connection with street-widening: 9·71 perches.
Being portion of Section 200, Town of Wellington R.D.; coloured red.

All situated in City of Wellington. (S.O. 2570.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79045, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of July, 1930.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section one hundred and thirty-two of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the third day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, as the time at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction for cash or on deferred payments.

The Ohura Township is situated on the Stratford—Okahukura Railway-line, about twenty-five miles from its junction with the North Island Main Trunk Railway. It is centrally situated, and roads lead into it giving access to large areas of Crown and Native lands from Mokau, Ongarue, Lower Ohura, and Wanganui Rivers.

Section 1: Area, 6 acres 2 roods 3 perches. Upset price, £90.

This section is situated about 60 chains from the Ohura Post-office and in close proximity to the saleyards. About half the area is in fern; the balance, with the exception of approximately half an acre of kahikatea, consists mostly of tawhero, rewarewa, and two hinau trees.

Deer to cease to be Imported Game in Buller Acclimatization District.

IN pursuance of the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that on and from the date hereof deer shall cease to be included in the Second Schedule of the said Act with respect to the Buller Acclimatization District, described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
BULLER ACCLIMATIZATION DISTRICT.

ALL that area comprising the Buller and Inangahua Counties, bounded towards the north-west generally by a line starting at a point on the Tasman Sea coast at Kohaihai Bluff, in Block XIII, Whakapoi Survey District, and proceeding up a leading spur and along the summit of a range over Mount Domett to Mount Cobb; thence towards the north-east generally by a line along the summit of the western ranges over Mount Snowdon and Mount Peel to Mount Arthur; thence towards the south-east by a line along the summit of a leading range over Mount Luna and along the summit of Lyell Range to Bald Hill; thence by a line down a leading spur on the western side of Eight-mile or Boundary Stream to the mouth of that stream; thence down the left bank of the Buller River and up the right bank of the Inangahua River to a point due north of Mount Haast; thence by a right line to Mount Haast; thence by a right line to the
