Notifying Land in Westland Land District for Sale by Public Auction for Cash or on Deferred Payments.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon
me by section one hundred and thirty-two of the Land
Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Monday,
the twenty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty, as the time at which the land described in the Schedule
hereto shall be sold by public auction for cash or on deferred
payments; and I hereby fix the price at which the said land
shall be sold as that mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.—TOWN LAND.
Grey County.—Town of Rapahoe.
SECTIONS 15 and 16: Area, 1 rood 39·6 perches. Upset
price, £50.
The Town of Rapahoe is situated on the sea-coast in the
vicinity of Point Elizabeth, and adjacent to the State Coal-mines. It is distant about seven miles from Greymouth and
two miles from Runanga, by a good metalled road.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 16th day of June, 1930.

as a representative of producers on the Kauri-gum Control Board established under the said Act in the place of Christopher Davidson (deceased).
