SCHEDULE.
THE south-western side of all that portion of road known as
Irwin's Road, situated in the Southland Land District, County
of Southland, fronting Section 12A, Glenham Settlement,
Block IX, Wyndham Survey District. As the said portion of
road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 77971, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portion of the Hutt - Day's Bay Road, in the County of Hutt,
exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public
Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-
line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 6th day
of June, 1930.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Hutt County Council on the sixteenth day of
May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, viz.:-
"The Hutt County Council, being the local authority
having control of the roads in the County of Hutt, by resolu-
tion declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to that portion of the Hutt-Day's Bay Road fronting
Lot 2, application plan 2081 and 1994, of Section 28, Block
XVI, Belmont Survey District";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting either side of
the portion of the Hutt-Day's Bay Road (described in the
Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from
the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Hutt-Day's Bay Road situated in
the Wellington Land District, County of Hutt, fronting Lot 2,
application plan 2081 and 1994, of Section 28, Harbour Regis-
tration District, Block XVI, Belmont Survey District. As
the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 78661, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red.

The Southern Side of Portion of Charles Street, in the Borough
of Blenheim, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128
of the Public Works Act, 1928.

wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said

passed by the Blenheim Borough Council on the twenty-
seventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty,
viz. :-
"The Blenheim Borough Council, having control of that
street known as Charles Street, Blenheim, by resolution
declares that the provisions of section one hundred and
twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply
to that portion of the said street, fronting Section No. 109,
Town of Blenheim, being 125 links in length, and being
part of the land in C.T. 33/167";
such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of street, situated in the
Marlborough Land District, Borough of Blenheim, known as
Charles Street, fronting Section 109, Town of Blenheim. As
the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 78701, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
brown.

Revoking Order in Council licensing Charles Chambers to use
and occupy Part of the Foreshore of Rocky (Omaha) Bay,
Waiheke Island, as a Site for a Boatshed and Slip.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 6th day
of June, 1930.

THE HONOURABLE G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-third
day of February, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-five, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No.
15, of the twenty-sixth day of the same month, Charles
Chambers, of Auckland (who with his executors, administra-
tors, and assigns, is hereinafter called "the licensee"), was
licensed to use and occupy part of the foreshore of Rocky
(Omaha) Bay, Waiheke Island, as a site for a boatshed and
slip:
And whereas the said licensee has applied to have the
hereinbefore-recited license revoked, and it is desirable to
revoke the same:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the power and authority vested in him by the Harbours Act,
1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him
in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the
twenty-third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-five, as from the thirty-first day of March, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty.

Validating Proceedings in connection with the Temuka Borough
Council's Loan of Β£1,000.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 6th day
of June, 1930.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the Temuka Borough Council lately pro-
ceeded to raise a loan of one thousand pounds under
the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926 (hereinafter referred to
as "the said Act"), for the purpose of providing for the
erect of a fire-brigade station and purchase of a motor
conveyance for firemen:
And whereas the proceedings in connection with the said
loan were irregular or defective in that the notice published
pursuant to section ten of the said Act did not set forth the
provision for the repayment of the loan as required by the
said Act--namely, that the said loan should be repaid within
a period of eighteen years:
And whereas it appears that the ratepayers of the district
have not been misled by such irregularity or defect as afore-
said, and it is expedient to validate the same:
