IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Raglan County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road permitted to be stopped : 3 acres 1 rood 14 perches. Adjoining or passing through Sections 2 and 2a.
Situated in Block V, Alexandra Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25322.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78431, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Portions of Roads in Linkwater Survey District to be Government Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 6th day of June, 1930.

THE HONOURABLE G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.
SCHEDULE.
- The foreshore road commencing at a point on the boundary between the Sounds and Marlborough Counties at Black Point, in Block V, Linkwater Survey District, and proceeding in a northerly and then westerly direction generally along the shores of Pelorus Sound, and terminating at a point opposite the north-western corner of Section 7, Block I, Linkwater Survey District, opposite Maori Bay, marked “A-B” on plan.
- The foreshore road commencing at a point on the boundary between the Sounds and Marlborough Counties opposite the north-western corner of Section 21, Block VI, Linkwater Survey District, and proceeding in an easterly, westerly, easterly, southerly, and again easterly direction generally along the shores of Mahau Sound, Pelorus Sound, and Kenepuru Sound, and terminating at a point opposite the north-eastern corner of Section 19, Block III, Linkwater Survey District, at the head of Broughton Bay, marked “C-D” on plan.
- The foreshore road commencing at a point on the western boundary of Section 90, Block IV, Linkwater Survey District, and proceeding in an easterly direction generally along the shores of Kenepuru Sound, and terminating at the southern end of the canal in Take-in Bay on the northern boundary of Section 93, Block IV, Linkwater Survey District, marked “E-F” on plan.
- The foreshore road commencing at a point near the north-eastern corner of Section 93, Block IV, Linkwater Survey District, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally along the shores of Kenepuru Sound, and terminating at a point on the eastern boundary of the said Section 93, marked “G-H” on plan.
- The foreshore road commencing at a point near the north-western corner of Section 9, Block II, Linkwater Survey District, and proceeding in a southerly direction generally along the eastern shores of Pelorus Sound to Koutawai Point, thence in an easterly direction generally along the northern shores of Kenepuru Sound, and terminating at a point on the eastern boundary of Section 107, Block IV, Linkwater Survey District, opposite Mills Bay, marked “I-J” on plan.
- The foreshore road commencing at a point on the boundary between the Sounds and Marlborough Counties opposite the south-western corner of Section 4, Block VII, Linkwater Survey District, and proceeding in an easterly direction generally along the northern shore of Queen Charlotte Sound, and terminating at a point on the southern boundary of Section 5, Block VII, Linkwater Survey District, at Puroa Point, marked “K-L” on plan.
- The foreshore road commencing at a point near the north-western corner of Section 88, Block VIII, Linkwater Survey District, and proceeding in a southerly direction generally along the eastern shores of Onahau Bay, and terminating at a point opposite the north-western corner of Section 21, Block VIII, Linkwater Survey District, marked “M-N” on plan.
- The foreshore road commencing at a point opposite the north-western corner of Section 76, Block VIII, Linkwater Survey District, and proceeding in a southerly direction generally along the eastern shores of Onahau Bay to Toropapa Point; thence in an easterly direction generally along the northern shore of Queen Charlotte Sound to Hautehoro Point; thence in a northerly direction generally along the western shore of Lochmara Bay; and terminating at a point opposite the north-eastern corner of Section 88, Block VIII, Linkwater Survey District, marked “O-P” on plan.
- The foreshore road commencing at a point opposite the south-western boundary of Section 85, Block IV, Linkwater Survey District, opposite West Bay, and proceeding in an easterly direction generally along the shores of Lochmara Bay and East Bay, and terminating at a point opposite the south-eastern corner of the said Section 85 opposite East Bay, marked “Q-R” on plan.
- The foreshore road commencing at a point near the north-western corner of Section 99, Block VIII, Linkwater Survey District, and proceeding in an easterly direction generally along the eastern shore of Lochmara Bay to Nohokouau Point; thence along the shores of Double Cove and Queen Charlotte Sound; and terminating at a point opposite the south-eastern corner of Section 93, Block VIII, Linkwater Survey District, marked “S-T” on plan.
All in the Marlborough Land District, Sounds County : As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78182, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. - The foreshore road reserves shown as Lots 66-73 of the Town of Nga Kamaka on deposited plans Numbers 1152 and 1153 in the Land Registry Office at Blenheim, being originally portions of Sections 1 and 23, Block IV, Linkwater Survey District. In the Marlborough Land District, Sounds County: As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78691, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
