IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks XI and XII, Omapere Survey District—viz., portion of the Te Pua Settlement Access Road—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the Kaikohe-Omapere Main Highway, marked 0 m. 0 ch., adjoining Te Taraire No. 2B Block, Section 2, Block XI, Omapere Survey District, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 63·5 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., the said Te Taraire No. 2B Block, Section 2, Section 17s, Remuera Settlement, Block XI, Omapere Survey District; Section 2s, Te Pua Settlement, Blocks XI and XII, Omapere Survey District; Section 19s, Remuera Settlement, Block XII, Omapere Survey District, and terminating at a point on a public road adjoining the said Section 19s, Remuera Settlement, marked O m. 63·5 chs.; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the North Auckland Land District.
