Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land : 1·17 perches, 24·2 perches, and 25·88 perches.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 37919, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway to take further land at Te Awamutu, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 1 rood 13·94 perches. Portion of Lot 33, deeds plan C. 75 of Allotment 238, Mangapiko Parish, Block II, Puniu Survey District, Borough of Te Awamutu. (S.O. 25602, blue.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 827, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 24·35 perches. Part of Section 2, Block III, East Taieri Survey District, Borough of Mosgiel.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 822, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks XI and XII, Omapere Survey District—viz., portion of the Te Pua Settlement Access Road—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the Kaikohe-Omapere Main Highway, marked 0 m. 0 ch., adjoining Te Taraire No. 2B Block, Section 2, Block XI, Omapere Survey District, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 63·5 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., the said Te Taraire No. 2B Block, Section 2, Section 17s, Remuera Settlement, Block XI, Omapere Survey District; Section 2s, Te Pua Settlement, Blocks XI and XII, Omapere Survey District; Section 19s, Remuera Settlement, Block XII, Omapere Survey District, and terminating at a point on a public road adjoining the said Section 19s, Remuera Settlement, marked O m. 63·5 chs.; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the North Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78506, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of April, 1930.
