IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Ruataniwha Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 roods 15 perches.
Being portion of Block 43, Ruataniwha C.G. District, being part Lots 41 and 42, deeds plan 380.
Situated in Block VIII, Ruataniwha Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 983, green.)
