Land set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1619, set apart by Proclamation dated the eleventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted on the fourteenth day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of gazetting hereof, cease to be a provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing 1,988 acres, more or less, being part of Provisional State Forest Reserve 1619, situated in Blocks XII, Turiwhate, and IX, Otira Survey Districts, bounded as follows: Commencing at the south-west corner of Provisional State Forest Reserve 1619; thence following in the order given lines of the following bearings and distances: 360°, 20000 links; 90°, 14000 links; 180°, 5500 links; 217° 41′, 18320 links; and 270°, 2800 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid bearings and linkages a little more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. X/98/49, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of April, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Matiri Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 acres.

Portion of Section 6, Block XI, Matiri Survey District. (S.O. 339R.)

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1757, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2362, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of April, 1930.
