A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of
the Proclamation dated the twenty-fifth day of January,
one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and published in the
New Zealand Gazette, No. 5, of the thirtieth day of the same
month, taking land for harbour purposes in Block X,
Arowhenua Survey District, Levels County, as affects the
land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land affected: 27 acres
0 roods 35 perches.
Being portion of Rural Sections 6296, 6859, 8258, and 8259.
Situated in Block X, Arowhenua Survey District (Canter-

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77504,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
