Land proclaimed as a Street in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Wellington described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street : 1·73 perches.
Being Lot 1 and part Lot 2, D.P. 4098, and being part Section 153. (Town of Wellington R.D.) (City of Wellington.) (S.O. 2534.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78065, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of April, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Rangitaiki Upper Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—

All situated in Matata Parish, Block X, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25188.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76144, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of April, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 8 acres 0 roods 9·5 perches.
Being portion of Lot 11, Tahora 2c 1 Block, Section 3.
Situated in Block XVI, Koranga Survey District, and Block XIII, Ngatapa Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1348, brown.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77456, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of April, 1930.

Land taken for Harbour Purposes in Block X, Arowhenua Survey District, Levels County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for harbour purposes, subject to pipe-line and other easements over parts created by transfer registered No. 192703 in favour of the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Timaru, and shall vest in the Timaru Harbour Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 27 acres 0 roods 35 perches.
Being portion of Rural Sections 6296, 6859, 8258, and 8259.
Situated in Block X, Arowhenua Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 1219.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77504, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of April, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation, dated the twenty-fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 119, of the second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, proclaiming land as a road in Blocks VII and VIII, Matakohe Survey District, as affects the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and do also hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation,
