As the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77800, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Matakoe Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
1 rood 21·5 perches.

Being portion of Allotment 198.

Situated in Parish of Mareretu, Block VII, Matakoe Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25559.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78144, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of April, 1930.
