Herbert McMillan, resigned.

to be a member of the Korau Park Domain Board, in place of
Albert George Hackett, resigned.

to be a member of the Mapua Domain Board, in place of

I N pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
conferred upon me by section 37 of the Rabbit Nuisance
Act, 1928, I, George William Forbes, Minister of Agriculture,
do hereby appoint—

(1) William David Lindsay McDonald, being an Inspector
appointed under Part I of the said Act, to be a member
of the Board of the Peria and the Turanga-o-Moana
Rabbit Districts, vice John Leyland Morris, trans-
ferred ; and

(2) William George Bonner, being an Inspector appointed
under Part I of the said Act, to be a member of the
Board of the Arapae, the Mangakowhai and the
Oparure Rabbit Districts, vice James Darling Anderson,
transferred.

do hereby appoint Bartlett Grant, being an Inspector appointed
under Part I of the said Act, to be a member of the Manawatu
Rabbit Board established under the said Act, vice Alexander
Cook, deceased.

Altering Appointment of Clerk to Transport Appeal Board for
No. 13 Motor-omnibus District.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me
by Regulation 33 of the Motor-omnibus (Licensing)
Regulations, 1926, I, William Andrew Veitch, Minister of
Transport, do hereby revoke the appointment of Gavin
Eugene Pollock, as Clerk to the Transport Appeal Board for
No. 13 Motor-omnibus District, and do hereby appoint (with
approval of the Public Service Commissioner) Jack Riccarton
Deal as Clerk to the said Transport Appeal Board.

the Shipping and Seamen Act, 1908, as from the 17th day of
January, 1930.

Constable William Dunlop Thom

to be Clerk and Bailiff of the Magistrates’ Court at Ormond-
ville for the purposes of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1928, as
from the 19th day of March, 1930.

William Thomas Robertson

to be an Inspector of Machinery for the purposes of the
Inspection of Machinery Act, 1928, and a Surveyor of Ships
for the purposes of the Shipping and Seamen Act, 1908, as
from the 24th day of March, 1930.

Roderick Sutherland

to be an Inspector for the purposes of the Orchard and Garden
Diseases Act, 1928, as from the 3rd day of April, 1930.

Thomas Cagney

to be Commissioner of Crown Lands and Chief Surveyor for
the Westland Land District for the purposes of the Land Act,
1924, as from the 1st day of April, 1930.

to be Chief Surveyor for the Southland Land District for the
