The Southern Side of Portion of Leach Street, in the Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of April, 1930.
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, viz.:-

"That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the street hereinafter mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight, subsection one, of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the southern side of Leach Street to which Section 1546, New Plymouth, has frontage";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Leach Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE southern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Leach Street, abutting on Section 1546, Town of New Plymouth. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78026, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Western Side of Portion of Norman's Hill Road, in the Borough of Onehunga, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Onehunga Borough Council on the ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz. :-

"That the Onehunga Borough Council, having control of the street known as Norman's Hill Road, Onehunga, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the said street, containing 11.97 perches, more or less, shown (coloured red) on the plan hereunto annexed, fronting Lots Numbers 1 and 3 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as Number 21741, being portions of Lots 7, 8, and 9 of Section 33 of the Town of Onehunga";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Norman's Hill Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE western side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Onehunga, known as Norman's Hill Road, fronting Lots 1 and 3, D.P. 21741, of C

part Lots 7, 8, and 9 of Section 33, Town of Onehunga. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77632, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Vesting a Reserve in the Taihape Borough Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of April, 1930.
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for municipal purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Taihape:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Taihape, in trust, for municipal purposes.

Amending Regulations under the National Provident Fund Act, 1926.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of April, 1930.
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the National Provident Fund Act, 1926 (hereinafter called "the said Act"), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulations for the purposes of that Act.

REGULATIONS.

  1. These regulations may be cited as the National Provident Fund Regulations 1930 Amendment No. 2.

  2. These regulations shall be read together with and deemed to form part of the National Provident Fund Regulations, 1927 (hereinafter called "the principal regulations").

  3. A married contributor who elects, in terms of subsection (7) of section 13 of the said Act, to receive a right that he and his wife at the date of such election shall on his attaining the age of sixty years be jointly entitled to a pension, shall make application to the Superintendent in the form No. 13 of the Second Schedule to the principal regulations.

  4. A contributor who elects, in terms of section 14 of the said Act, to accept in lieu of his pension a return of all contributions shall make application to the Superintendent in the form No. 14 of the Second Schedule of the principal regulations.

  5. The Second Schedule to the principal regulations is hereby amended by adding thereto as form No. 13 and form No. 14 thereof the following forms:-
