Amended Regulations under the Music-teachers’ Registration Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of
April, 1930.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon
him by the Music-teachers’ Registration Act, 1928, and
of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend in the
manner set forth in the Schedule hereto the regulations at
present in force relating to registration of music-teachers,
and with the like advice and consent doth prescribe that
this Order shall come into force on the date of publication
hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.


SCHEDULE.

THE regulations relating to the registration of music-teachers
made by Order in Council dated 19th August, 1929, are hereby
amended by adding the following to the Third Schedule and
to the section headed “Endorsement” in Form No. 1 in the
First Schedule:—

(p) Associateship of the Auckland University College
School of Music.

(q) Fellowship of the Auckland University College School
of Music.

(r) Teacher’s Certificate of the Auckland University College
School of Music.

Changing the Purpose of Parts of a Reserve in Suburbs of Auckland, North Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of
April, 1930.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto
form part of a reserve duly set apart for metal
purposes:

And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reserva-
tion over such lands shall be changed to recreation:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in
exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by
subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare
that the purpose of those parts of the reserve described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for metal
purposes to a recreation reserve.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, being
part of Allotment 85A of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland,
containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 3·4 perches, more
or less, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on
the Three Kings Road, and being the north-eastern corner of
part Allotment 85B of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, and
bounded towards the south-west by the said part Allotment
85B, 783·94 links; thence towards the north-west and north-
east by another part of Allotment 85A of Section 10, Suburbs
of Auckland, 337·6 and 498·82 links; thence towards the
south-east by the Three Kings Road, 111·74 links, to the
point of commencement.

Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District,
being part of Allotment 85A of Section 10, Suburbs of Auck-
land, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 16·2 perches,

more or less, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the
south-western corner of part Allotment 84 of Section 10,
Suburbs of Auckland, and bounded towards the north-east
by the said part Allotment 84, 229·9 links; thence towards
the south-east by another part of Allotment 85A of Section 10,
Suburbs of Auckland, 261·5 links; thence towards the south-
west by part Allotment 85B of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland,
229·9 links; thence towards the north-west by part Allot-
ment 86 and Allotment 87, both of Section 10, Suburbs of
Auckland, 261·5 links, to the point of commencement.

Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. (North Auck-
land plan 25221, blue.)

Declaring Portions of a Road in Block VII, Belmont Survey District, to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of
April, 1930.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government
road.

April, 1930.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct
the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land
being no longer required for the public work for which it was
acquired.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land directed to be sold:
1 rood.

Being portion of Lot 1, D.P. 1167, and being part Rural
Section 234, Township of Sandon R.D.

Situated in Block V, Pohangina Survey District. (S.O.
2547.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78160,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.
