A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Lyndon Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 acres 0 roods 4 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 47, Square 82.
Situated in Block II, Lyndon Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 2108.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78136, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for Tramway Purposes at Northland, in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation, dated the eighteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 68, of the twenty-third day of the same month, taking land for tramway purposes at Northland, in the City of Wellington, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land affected: 2·69 perches.
Being portion of Lot 4, D.P. 2269, being part Section 32.
Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (Karori R.D.), (City of Wellington). (S.O. 2377.)

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 65, of the twenty-third day of the same month, taking land for a further portion of the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway, portion of Kirikopuni Section, and for a road-approach thereto and a road-diversion in connection therewith, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land affected: 2 roods 15 perches.
Being railway land, formerly portion of Pararaihe Block.
Situated in Block VII, Maungaru Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24691.)

Amending Order in Council vesting the Management of certain Wharves in the Hobson County Council.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of April, 1930.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the tenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 75, of the eighteenth day of the same month, the management of the wharves at “Scarots” and the Mill Wharf, erected in accordance with the plans marked M.D. 4279, 2050, 4278, was vested in the Hobson County Council (who, with its successors and assigns, is hereinafter referred to as “the Council”):
And whereas the Council has disposed of the wharf known as the Mill Wharf, and it is therefore desirable to amend the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council:
