IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tahoraiti Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.


FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 18·7 perches.

Being portion of Lot 2, D.P. 2571, being part of Oringi-Waiaruhe No. 2 Block; coloured yellow.


SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 16·1 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Lot 2, D.P. 2571, being part of Oringi-Waiaruhe No. 2 Block; coloured green.

All situated in Block VI, Tahoraiti Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 951.)


All in the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74769, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 acre 1 rood 7·8 perches.

Being portion of Section 9.

Situated in Block X, Tangitu Survey District.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74805, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of January, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.
