SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing 6,400 acres, more or less, being part of Provisional State Forest Reserve 1692, situated in Blocks VI, IX, X, XI, and XV, Cascade Survey District, bounded as follows: Commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 2530; thence following in the order and direction given lines bearing due east, 7539 links; 208°, 23200 links; 319° 51′ to the Cascade Road; thence following that road in a westerly direction to its intersection with Dee Creek; thence north-easterly along a small creek to the Cascade River; thence generally in an easterly direction the southern bank of the Cascade River and the southern bank of the Laschelles Creek to Section 2530; and thence following in that order the western, southern, and eastern boundaries of that section to the point of commencement. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. X/98/48, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of January, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being part of Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1630, set apart by Proclamation dated the eleventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted on the fourteenth day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District containing by admeasurement 125 acres 3 roods 9 perches, more or less, being all that part of Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1630, comprised in Section 1055, situated in Block VIII, Waitaha Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. X/98/38A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of January, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of Provisional State Forest Reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the twenty-fifth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and gazetted on the sixth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of gazetting hereof, cease to be a provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 306 acres 1 rood 5 perches, more or less, being part Section 2, Block II, Tautuku Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east generally by a public road, 928·9 links, 2258 links, and 511·3 links; thence by the other part of Section 2 bounded by right lines bearing 210°, 683·8 links; 290° 55′, 666·8 links; 210°, 400·9 links; 110° 55′, 1000 links; 30°, 400·9 links; 290° 55′, 181·4 links; 30°, 661·7 links; thence again towards the north-east by a public road, 1168·5 links; towards the south-east by Section 1, 5874·7 links; towards the south-west by Section 9, 4516·3 links; and towards the north-west by a public road, 7778·5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly shown on the plan numbered L. and S. X/101/5, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing 237 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Sections 33 and 34, Block X, Wakapuaka Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. X/97/25, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of January, 1930.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
