Altering Constitution of the Transport Appeal Board for No. 13 Motor-omnibus District.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by section sixteen of the Motor-omnibus Traffic Act, 1926, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the appointment, made under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand on the sixth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, of Ernest Charles Levvey, as Chairman of the Transport Appeal Board of No. 13 Motor-omnibus District, and do hereby appoint
The Hon. Justice Francis Vernon Frazer,
of Auckland, as Chairman and one representative of the Government on the said Board.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of March, 1930.

REGIMENT OF N.Z. ARTILLERY.
The notice published in the N.Z. Gazette, No. 85, dated 19th December, 1929, relative to Captain K. W. R. Glasgow, is hereby cancelled, and the following substituted :
Lieutenant K. W. R. Glasgow, from the Otago Regiment, to be Captain, supernumerary to the establishment, and remains posted to the Southern Artillery Group for duty with the Artillery Section, Otago Boys’ High School Cadets. Dated 3rd December, 1929.
Lieutenant J. Blakeney, 15th Coast Battery, is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), R.D. 5. Dated 4th March, 1930.
2nd Lieutenant A. N. Smith, 11th Field Battery, resigns his commission. Dated 7th October, 1929.
