him in this behalf, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby provide and declare that the sum of four thousand nine hundred and eighty-five pounds eighteen shillings and sixpence, being the net amount received in the undermentioned acclimatization districts by way of fines and the proceeds of the sale of confiscated skins and articles, together with half the net revenue derived from fees and royalty with respect to the taking of opossums, shall be paid to the acclimatization societies of such districts in the amounts set opposite the name of each respectively.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Block IX, Pirongia Survey District, Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of March, 1930.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a reserve for stock purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Govern-

ment of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a reserve for public buildings of the General Government over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

Extending Time for holding Election of Trustees for Uapoto Drainage District.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of March, 1930.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section ten of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, it is provided that on the first Monday in the month of November in the year following the year in which the first trustees for any drainage district are elected, and on the same day in each succeeding third year thereafter, an election of trustees for each district shall be held :

And whereas an election of trustees for the Uapoto Drainage District should have been held on the fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine :

And whereas it is expedient to extend the time for holding such election of trustees for the Uapoto Drainage District :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by section twenty-two of the Land Drainage Amendment Act, 1922, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby extend the time for holding the aforesaid election of trustees for the Uapoto Drainage District; and doth hereby order and declare that in the aforesaid drainage district the said election shall be held and take place on Friday, the twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.

Extending Time for holding General Election of Members of the Waimatuku River Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of March, 1930.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section twenty-seven of the River Boards Act, 1908, it is provided that on the second Tuesday in January, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and on the same day in each succeeding third year thereafter, the ratepayers of the district shall elect the required number of persons to be members of the Board of such district: And whereas it is expedient to extend the time for holding the triennial election in the Waimatuku River District :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by section forty-two of the River Boards Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby extend the time for holding the general election of members of the Board of the Waimatuku River District; and doth hereby order and declare that in the aforesaid river district the said general election shall be held and take place on Wednesday, the second day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.
