DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership hitherto existing between PERCY VERNON LANGFORD and JAMES WILLOX in connection with the business of Butchers carried on by them at Kotinga, near Takaka, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.

NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors of the above company are required on or before the 31st day of March, 1930, to render their accounts in detail, together with their names and addresses, to the undersigned, P.O. Box 148, Palmerston North, and, if so required by notice in writing, to personally or through their solicitors prove their claims at such times and places as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts or claims are proved.

TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
Te Puke Riding Loan (1930), £7,900.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Tauranga County Council hereby resolves as follows :-
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of seven thousand nine hundred pounds (£7,900), authorized to be raised by the Tauranga County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of metalling on portions of the Tauranga - Te Puke Main Highway ; Papamoa - Mount Secondary Highway; Rocky Cutting to Otaimatua Road ; No. 1 Road, Te Puke ; No. 2 Road, Te Puke ; No. 3 Road, Te Puke ; No. 4 Road, Te Puke ; Waitoa Road ; Ohauiti Road ; Bell's Road and the Mount Waterfront Road ; the Tauranga County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one penny and one-tenth of a penny in the pound sterling upon the rateable value, on the basis of the unimproved value, of all rateable property of the Te Puke Riding of the County of Tauranga, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of sixteen years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and its amendments, and in the matter of A. ERNEST WARDE MOTOR SALES, LIMITED, a private company incorporated under the above Act.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the shareholders of the above-named company held at Auckland on the third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, the following resolution was duly passed :-
" That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and that ARTHUR ERNEST WARDE, of Auckland, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."

MATAMATA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Matamata County Council hereby resolves as follows :-
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £500, authorized to be raised by the Matamata County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of surfacing with shingle portion of Luck-at-Last Road, the said Matamata County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three-eighths of a penny in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property of the Luck-at-Last No. 2 Special-rating Area, comprising all that area in the Matamata County included within the following boundaries : Commencing at the north-western corner of Section 4, Pukekura Block, towards the north-east by the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 4 ; towards the north-east and east generally by the Hauoira Stream to the north-western corner of Lot B on D.P. 2614, Maungatautari Block ; towards the north-west by the north-western boundary of the said Lot B ; towards the east generally by the eastern boundaries of the said Lot B, of Lots 1 and 2 on D.P. 13901, of Maungatautari 1A North, and of Maungatautari No. 1A West No. 2, to the south-eastern corner of the last-mentioned block ; towards the south generally by the southern boundaries of the said Maungatautari No. 1A West No. 2 and of Maungatautari 1A West No. 1 to the northern corner of Maungatautari No. 3A Section 5A No. 1 ; towards the east by the eastern boundaries of Maungatautari No. 3A, Section 5A No. 1 (part) and No. 2 ; toward the south-west and west generally by the Waipa County boundary to the south-western corner of Section 5, Pukekura Block ; towards the south-west, south-east, and north-east by the boundaries of the said Section 5, and towards the north-west by the Waipa County boundary to the point of commencement ; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 17th day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
